- Commercial network - defines growth targets, negotiates licensing terms, and monitors partner performance indicators.
- Logistics - oversees the assembly and logistics for Resellers of the final product, a hardware device on which a user license is installed, ensuring the flow of deliveries to qualified Resellers.
- International License Distribution - ensures legal and tax compliance in different countries, adapting contracts to local standards and managing software usage rights in subscription mode.

Synapta's task is to select, train and certify a network of qualified Resellers, offering tools, rules and support to ensure a transparent, ethical and sustainable distribution model.
