They form the sales network through which software licenses and hardware are distributed.
Role of Retailers
Marketing and sales:
They are responsible for the direct sale of HashBurst software licenses to end customers. Synapta does not sell directly to retailers but relies on its network of Certified Resellers.
User registration:
They handle the initial registration of users in the system. They directly provide the API KEY that the end user needs to obtain the SIGNATURE upon first access. They are also responsible for managing the collection of customer personal data in accordance with privacy regulations.
License management:
they have a virtual inventory of purchased licenses. The system provides a PQ (Product Quantity) structure that links licenses and machines, and Resellers manage the assignment of licenses to machines.
The PQ structure establishes a specific association between a license and a machine, allowing dealers to manage the assignment and distribution of licenses to machines in an organized manner. This system facilitates the monitoring, control, and possible transfer of licenses, ensuring that each license is correctly associated with its hardware.
Initial Technical Management:
They use the Technical Dashboard for the technical management of their customers' machines. This dashboard allows them to monitor the status of the machines and potentially intervene to provide first-level support.
Relationship with the end customer:
Each Reseller is responsible for managing the relationship with the end customer. The system must ensure that the company can intervene if necessary, but the primary point of contact for the user is the Reseller.
A growing international network
Synapta Resellers operate in various countries and are divided into categories (Dealer, Distributor, Country Distributor) based on their experience and geographical area of reference.
Each new Reseller:
- is trained and certified by Synapta,
- receives tools and materials to promote the project correctly,
- undertakes to comply with an ethical distribution model, without illusory promises or commercial shortcuts.

Its responsibilities extend to all technical procedures, from the production of training and documentation materials to hardware configuration, installation management, software updates, and after-sales support.
GET plays a central role in ensuring high standards of quality and operational consistency. All Italian resellers refer to this structure, coordinated by:
